Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for a CAD Plater in Twinsburg, OH

Hours:
7am to 3:30pm

Days:
Monday – Friday (Overtime as Needed)

Pay:
$20 + (Based on Experience)
Short Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking CAD Plater for a metal finishing facility in Twinsburg, OH. This position involves racking parts, operating plating tanks, monitoring production processes, and ensuring high-quality plated finishes. Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment around chemicals and production equipment.
Requirements

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

  • Metal finishing or plating experience a plus

  • Ability to operate hoists, racks, and lift equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Comfortable working around plating tanks and chemical processes

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical Requirements
This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift up to 50–75 lbs, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
We are Seeking Candidates who have held the job titles of:
Plating Technician, Metal Finishing Technician, Production Operator, or Chemical Process Operator
