We are seeking an experienced Quality CMM Programmer with strong PC-DMIS proficiency to support our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for developing and executing CMM programs to ensure accurate inspection of manufactured components.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS
Perform part inspections and document results
Support PPAP submissions and quality documentation
Develop control plans and inspection records
Lead root cause analysis, NCRs, and 8D corrective actions
Maintain gauge calibration system
Prepare quality reports (PPM, cost of quality, NCR)
Support continuous improvement and training efforts
PC-DMIS CMM programming experience required (strong proficiency a must)
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment
Requirements:
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
Experience with PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis, and 8D reporting
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Strong technical writing and data analysis skills
High school diploma or GED required
PC-DMIS Hexagon training Helpful
