Job Description
Lingo Staffing is hiring Feeders/Folders for a uniform facility in Roanoke, VA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay: $14.50 per hour
The Feeder/Folder position involves continuously taking clean textiles, sorting and evaluating them according to quality standards, and then either folding them manually or feeding them into an ironer or folding machine for final finishing. Other duties will also be performed as needed.
Responsibilities:
Take textiles from a cart or bin, sort them, and inspect and evaluate them according to quality standards.
Manually fold, assemble, and package different types and sizes of textiles.
Feed various types and sizes of textiles into ironers or folding machines.
Continuously meet job-specific efficiency and safety standards.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand continuously, as well as bend, stoop, lift, walk, and reach overhead throughout the entire shift.
Willingness and ability to train in different areas.
Attention to detail: sorting textiles by color, size, and quantity.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Alimentar distintos tipos y tamaños de textiles en planchadoras o máquinas dobladoras.
Cumplir continuamente con los estándares de eficiencia y seguridad del puesto.
Requisitos:
Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras.
Permanecer de pie de manera constante, así como agacharse, inclinarse, levantar, caminar y alcanzar objetos por encima de la cabeza durante todo el turno.
Disposición y capacidad para capacitarse en diferentes áreas.
Atención al detalle: clasificar textiles por color, tamaño y cantidad.
Capacidad para leer y seguir instrucciones escritas.
