Warehouse Order Picker / Packing Associate
Location: Prince George, VA Pay Rate: $18.50/hr. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30pm - 12:00am

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Order Picker / Packing Associates. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities
Accurately pick small items for customer orders
Pack products securely for shipment
Create and apply shipping labels
Verify item counts and order accuracy before shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
Meet daily productivity and quality standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required
Previous picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Additional Requirements
Background check required
Candidates with a clean 7-year background may be considered
No violent or sexual-related offenses permitted
