Lingo Staffing is now hiring Sanitation Operators in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP!
Sanitation Operator - Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, rooms, and systems within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures all sanitation processes are completed in compliance with cGMP standards and company procedures.
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour Schedule: Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including weekends
Requirements:
Must have 2 years of previous sanitation or manufacturing experience.
English proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal communication) is required for this role.
Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
Must accurately document work performed each shift
Comfortable working with hot water and cleaning chemicals
Ability to move 55-gallon drums with assistance
Must be flexible to work any shift and weekends as needed
Wet, humid, and fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requires standing for extended periods and physical activity
Team-oriented environment requiring reliability and attention to detail
Self-motivated and dependable
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize production equipment, tanks, and work areas
Disassemble and reassemble equipment for proper cleaning
Maintain sanitation records and document all work performed each shift
Follow safety procedures when working with chemicals and hot water
Communicate equipment status and report any issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
