Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Press Operator in the Apopka, FL area to start ASAP!
Press Operator – Responsible for operating and maintain printing or stamping presses, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to production schedules. This role requires a strong understanding of press machinery, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
Pay & Scheduled:
$18.00 Hourly
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday: 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
Operate and monitor presses to produce products according to specifications and schedules.
Must have 2 years of experience as a press operator.
Ensure accuracy and quality of items before they move into production.
Pull and prepare materials for screen printing jobs based on work orders.
Previous screen-printing experience (required).
Set up press machines, including adjusting settings, installing dies, plates, or rollers.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and productivity.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial machinery.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
Ability to read and interpret production orders, blueprints, or technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery noise and moving parts.
Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
