Polishing Maintenance Technician - Responsible for polishing and finishing products, performing routine equipment maintenance, and supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $16.00/hour and up (Based on Experience)
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Polish, buff, and finish products to meet quality standards
Operate polishing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and consistency
Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major repairs as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and work instructions
Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep as assigned
Previous polishing, manufacturing, maintenance, or production experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform repetitive motions in a manufacturing environment
Ability to multi-task & be a team player, detailed oriented.
Able to lift, push, pull, stand, bend & reach overhead.
