Full job description
We are looking for a hands-on 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working with a variety of equipment, and making a real impact every day. This role offers a mix of plant maintenance, field service, troubleshooting, and leadership opportunities, depending on experience.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial machinery and equipment
Install, inspect, and upgrade new and existing equipment
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues and implement long-term solutions
Complete preventative maintenance and special improvement projects
Respond to service calls and provide onsite or field support when needed
Train and support team members on safety standards and equipment operation
Communicate clearly with supervisors and management on priorities and progress
What We’re Looking For
Experience in mechanical, electrical, or multi-craft maintenance
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently or leading a shift/team
Willingness to work nights, on-call rotations, or travel locally if required
Safety-focused with good communication skills
