Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Machine Operators in Hartville, OH Shifts Available:
1st Shift – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
2nd Shift – 3:30 PM to 12:00 Midnight
3rd Shift – 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM
Days: Monday – Friday Pay: $12.50/hr
Short Description
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Hartville, OH. These full-time positions are available on all shifts and offer steady hours in a production environment.
Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow work instructions to ensure quality production standards are met.
Requirements
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to quality and safety
Dependable attendance and punctuality (3rd shift bi-weekly perfect attendance bonus gift card from client)
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Must be Flexible for any shift
Physical Requirements
This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stand, stoop, and lift as part of daily duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
