Lingo Staffing is hiring Assembly Associates in Canonsburg, PA area to start ASAP!
Assembly Associate - Responsible for assembling parts or products according to established specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures. This entry-level manufacturing role often involves working on an assembly line or within a production team to help produce goods efficiently and correctly.
Scheduled:
Monday – Thursday | 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay rate:
Day Shift: $16.50/hour
Night Shift: $17.50/hour
Job Requirements & Duties:
Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and equipment
Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and measurements (must be able to read a tape measure)
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and report defects to supervisors
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Meet production goals and deadlines
Perform basic tool and equipment maintenance
Work collaboratively with team members
Ability to stand, squat, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible schedule availability
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required
Must speak and understand English for safety purposes
Reliable attendance is essential
Not on a bus line — reliable transportation required
