Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for a Quality Lab Technician in Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Days: Monday – Thursday (Friday Overtime as Needed/Mandatory) Pay: $16.50/hr Short Description A rubber manufacturing facility in Cuyahoga Falls is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician to perform testing on compounded rubber products. This position involves operating lab equipment, preparing and weighing materials, recording data, and ensuring products meet required specifications.
This is a hands-on role in an industrial lab environment and requires strong attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities
Perform quality testing on rubber compounds
Operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment
Prepare samples and weigh chemicals
Accurately record and review test data
Assist production with quality-related issues
Maintain lab safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Basic math and measurement skills
Lab or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical Requirements This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
