Lingo Staffing is hiring for a 3rd Level Maintenance Technician in the OKC area!Schedule: 40 hours/week Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $30/hr Job Summary: Work to maintain production equipment and company property in good repair. This includes assisting in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Duties:
Assist in the repair of machine/equipment malfunctions and replace defective or exhausted machine components such as fluids, drives, belts, filters, etc., using hand/power tools.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as CNC lathes, mills, cranes, hoists, welders, blasters, compressors, etc.
Assist in the assembly, installation, and/or repair of wiring, electronics, plumbing, production equipment, and other items requiring attention.
Groundskeeping including mowing, weed eating, edging, trimming trees, trimming hedges, cleaning up litter, and emptying outside trash receptacles.
Routine building maintenance including changing light bulbs, changing out A/C filters, and hanging wall fixtures.
Routine cleaning such as mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, etc.
Escort on-site vendors, ensuring everyone follows safety guidelines and concentrates on assigned tasks.
Assist other departments with moving tasks such as rearranging furniture, carrying boxes, and cleaning offices to prepare for moves.
Perform painting and repair of roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of building structures.
Maintain documentation and follow work orders accordingly, ensuring all documentation is filled out completely.
Adjust schedule as needed to prepare for inclement weather such as laying ice melt for snowy/icy conditions.
Requirements:
Ability to use precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices.
Ability to read and use diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams.
Electrical and/or HVAC skills are a plus.
Ability to use hand/power tools such as hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, saws, power screwdrivers, and drills.
Ability to drive forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, golf carts, and company trucks.
Ability to read and follow both verbal and written instructions.
Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and guidelines as required by the job.
Ability to walk/stand/stoop for several hours daily, including walking between buildings in various weather conditions.
Ability to use a ladder.
Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining facilities.
