Job Description
Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Maintenance Technician in Salem, VA.
Hours: Monday – Thursday, Friday OT mandatory
Pay: $25 / hour
The maintenance technician is responsible for setting up production equipment, troubleshooting machines, performing repairs on machines, and preventative maintenance, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years mechanical experience in high-speed packaging or manufacturing (food industry highly preferred)
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
- Must be flexible with work schedule
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Exerting 20 - 50 lbs of force occasionally, frequently 10 - 25.
- Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
