Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Maintenance Technician in Salem, VA. Hours: Monday – Friday
6am – 4:30pm
4pm - 2:30am
11pm - 7:30am
Pay: DOE The maintenance technician is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and repair of low and high voltage (single/3 phase) industrial electrical and control systems for packaging lines, facilities and plant support equipment. The technician will be responsible for maintaining PMS and repair of processing equipment. Job Requirements:
5+ years experience in maintenance manufacturing
Liquid filled experience (Filler, Capper, Drop Packer, Palletizer)
Must have knowledge on HMI Devices
Must have electrical experience and understanding of electrical requirements to ensure safe work environment
Must have knowledge of DC and AC motors and drive (AB preferred)
Must have knowledge of Allen Bradley Micrologix and PLC-5 family processors
Must be well versed in ladder logic programming and JMI interface configuration
Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed
Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
Knowledge of health & safety procedures
Exerting 20 - 50 lbs of force occasionally, frequently 10 - 25.
Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
