Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Maintenance Technician in Roanoke, VA. Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday *May require working hours outside of standard business due to on call schedule and emergencies* Pay: $24-$25 / hour + DOE The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing installs, troubleshooting and repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. Job Requirements: Required:
2+ years in maintenance field
Preferred:
HVAC and EPA/ Universal certified
1+ year within multi-family housing industry preferred
Drywall, Painting, and carpentry experience preferred
Experience with light plumbing and electrical work
Experience with PTAC units and Water Heaters
Stellar attendance
Heavy lifting required up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to work under little to no supervision and well with others as needed
