Maintenance Tech LVL 1 Full Time Location: Paul's Valley, OK, US Salary: $15 Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm Join our team at Lingo Staffing in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma! We're looking for a Maintenance Technician Level 1 to contribute to our facility maintenance team. Job Title: Facility Maintenance (Level 1) Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician Level 1, you'll play a vital role in the cleanliness, upkeep, maintenance, and repair of our facility and equipment. Here's what you'll be doing:
Custodial/Housekeeping: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas including offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, and facilities.
Maintenance Technician 1: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building structures.
Additional Responsibilities: Participate in special projects, actively engage in problem-solving, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of power equipment and basic maintenance tools.
Experience with cleaning chemicals, lubricants, and pest control.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical wiring skills.
Familiarity with reading blueprints or schematic drawings.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Previous Work Experience:
Custodial/Housekeeping: Industrial janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
Maintenance Tech 1: 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Maintenance Tech 2: 1-3 years of experience in industrial facilities maintenance.
Maintenance Tech 3: 4-6 years of experience in industrial facilities maintenance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Full range of motion including standing, bending, walking, kneeling, and climbing.
Comfortable working in high noise levels.
