Lingo Staffing is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Dallas, TX area! 
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7pm - 4amPay: $70K/yr 
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all equipment and machinery in the dairy plant. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Core Requirements:
  • Supervision: Previous maintenance supervision experience required. Must be able to manage technicians performing diversified duties to install and maintain production machines, plant equipment, and facilities.
  • Welding: Must be able to arc and heli arc weld.
  • Electrical: Extensive experience with 3-phase wiring, electrical controls, programmable controllers, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Refrigeration: Familiar with ammonia systems used for refrigeration.
  • PLC's: Ability to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI's).
Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, providing guidance and support to technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures during maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and downtime, and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address equipment-related issues impacting product quality or production efficiency.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and the modification of existing systems as needed.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting skill development and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and spare parts, and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Welding: Sanitary welding experience is a plus.
  • Electrical: Knowledge of 4-20 ma current process signals, 12 VDC, 24 VDC, 24 VAC, 120 VAC, 240 VAC, 480 VAC single and 3-phase systems.
  • Refrigeration: Experience with reciprocating ammonia compressors, screw ammonia compressors, condensers, liquid ammonia pumps, evaporators, water pumps, chillers, and heat exchangers.
  • Boilers: Familiarity with the operation of steam-fired boilers.
  • Pneumatics & Hydraulics: Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including piping, compressors, pumps, control valves, and actuators.
  • PLC's: Experience with Allen Bradley Software, including RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, Factory Talk View, Drive Tools, etc.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management, including identifying plant needs, defining the scope of work, acquiring budget quotes, managing timelines, and completing work.
  • CMMS: Experience with Computer Maintenance Management Software (Express Maintenance, SAP, etc.) used to plan, manage, and track equipment and facility Preventative Maintenance (PM) and work order (WO) functions.
