QUALIFICATIONS
• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of at least 3-5 years of plant maintenance and leadership experience.
• This position will oversee a team who will perform preventative/predictive maintenance as well as maintain, install, troubleshoot automated industrial equipment systems and components.
o pneumatic and steam systems, water systems, conveyor systems and boilers.
• Combination of general maintenance, building maintenance, equipment maintenance, automotive maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical.
• Experience with formalized safety programs Lock Out/Tag Out, confined space, OSHA awareness,
• Associate degree in engineering or related field preferred
Summary
• Work closes with all levels of management, manage and support engineering teams.
• Create and promote precise preventative maintenance programs.
• Establish a safe work environment and ensure others are following all safety protocols.
• Supervision of front-line maintenance personnel
• Train and develop existing and new maintenance staff.
• Plan, install, and maintain plant systems.
• Management and development of a team of maintenance technicians in preventative / predictive maintenance procedures
