This is a temp to perm position - after 45 days you are eligible for review and paid vacation.
Duties and Responsibilities:-Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in CNC, Bridgeport, drill press, and lathe operations.-Set up and operate Haas programs for existing parts, with the flexibility to initiate stock cutting when necessary.-Execute with precision, working from blueprints, operation sheets, or verbal instructions.-Edit existing programs and setup sheets as required to accommodate changes.-Develop and implement programs, setup sheets, and fixtures as necessary to craft cutting-edge new parts.-Achieve impeccable part deburring, during Haas cycles where practical.-Actively engage in advising and assisting fellow machine shop team members as requested.-Efficiently fulfill TL (Tooling List) parts orders, ensuring on-time delivery and uncompromised quality.-Exhibit your assembly skills when needed, assembling TLs (Tooling Lists) and SPs (Sub-Assemblies) with exacting craftsmanship. Physical Requirements:Must be capable of lifting weights ranging from 1 to 100 lbs., occasionally handling even heavier loads.Consistent and skilled use of both hands and feet, with frequent repetition.Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, and grasping.Occasional tasks may involve climbing, balancing, crawling, handling overhead lifting, working on ladders, and precise keying.Be prepared for extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and driving, spanning 8-10 hours daily.Participation in our random drug test pool is mandatory for CDL drivers, ensuring the utmost safety standards in our workplace.
