Lingo Staffing is hiring for a Machine Operator in the Paul's Valley area! Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday) Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Job Summary: Join our team as a Machine Operator and contribute to our production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading material racks, assisting in loading cutters, and following processes to ensure efficient operation of equipment to achieve quality and production efficiency targets. Duties:
Load and unload material racks.
Assist in loading cutters as needed.
Follow processes to turn cutters on and off.
Achieve quality and production efficiency targets.
Requirements:
Ability to work well within a team.
Strong communication skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Good command of English language (reading and writing).
Basic math skills.
Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer savvy with previous machine operation experience.
