Job Description

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Machine Operators in Oklahoma City!
Pay: $15-16Shifts:

6:30 pm to 7 am (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday) Must be willing to train on 1st shift 6:30 am to 7 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
6:30 pm to 7 am Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with company safety protocols and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist in the preparation and handling of materials for printing and packaging processes.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.
Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling materials.
Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving job responsibilities.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and move quickly
Prior assembly/manufacturing experience preferred
Must have a Valid Driver License
