Job Description
Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Wave Solder Machine Operator in Roanoke, VA.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:15PM-12:45AM, Friday 12PM-4PM
Pay: $15 - $17 / hour DOE
The Wave Machine Operator is responsible for set up and operation of the soldering machine, assembling product, and other duties as assigned. The operator may have to perform touch up with their hands and under a microscope as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Machine operation experience
- Able to multi-task
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented – read and follow paperwork, fill out paperwork completely and legibly
- Willingness to learn, cross-train in other areas
- Some lifting involved as well as use of step stools and/or step ladders
- Computer literate – excel, word, MRP system (we can train to the MRP system itself)
Preferred but not required:
- Soldering experience
- Familiarity with soldering standards
- Previous electronic manufacturing experience
