Job Description

Immediate need for an Experienced Low Voltage Technician needed to work various projects in the Metro Richmond area.
Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling for audio visual systems, including Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics, and coaxial cables.
Mount and install AV equipment such as projectors, screens, speakers, displays, and control systems.
Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cabling and AV equipment.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on installed systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Schedule:Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Pay rate: $20/hr
Requirements:

Must have high school diploma or the equivalent
2 years experience as a low voltage technician
Ability to pass background screen
