Lingo Staffing is now hiring Material Handler with Cycle Counting experience in the Largo, FL area to start ASAP!
Material Handler/Cycle Counter – Responsible for accurately counting inventory to ensure system accuracy and support efficient warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity and identifying discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Pay rate: $20.00 Hourly
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00AM – 4:00PM
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts in accordance with established schedules.
Must have 2 years of experience operating forklifts.
Must have 2 years of inventory management experience.
Accurately record count results and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Assist in reconciling inventory variances and report findings to the Inventory or Warehouse Supervisor.
Move, organize, and label materials in the warehouse as needed to facilitate accurate counts.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment to access and move materials.
Help with general warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ year of experience in a warehouse or inventory control role preferred.
Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
