Job Description


Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Tire Mounting Warehouse Associate in Akron, OH

Hours:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as Needed)

Days:
Monday – Friday

Pay:
$18/hr
Short Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Tire Mounting Warehouse Associates for a physically demanding and fast-paced warehouse environment in Akron, OH. This position supports daily tire mounting operations, material movement, and order fulfillment. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working with warehouse equipment.
Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred

  • Ability to operate hoists, shrink-wrap machines, and barcode scanners

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to cross-train

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical Requirements
This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift up to 75 lbs, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Warehouse Associate, Tire Technician, Mounting Operator, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Production Worker
