This role involves performing quality assurance testing on compounded rubber products using a variety of lab instruments and equipment to ensure customer and company standards are met. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in both lab and production areas. Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous lab or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
Basic math, reading, and communication skills required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Mechanically inclined with problem-solving and multitasking skills
Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and lifting during a 10-hour shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to cross-train and assist with special projects as needed
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
