Lingo Staffing is hiring for a Kitting Assembler in the Oklahoma City area! Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM alternate shift)Pay: $15 Job Overview: The Kitting Assembler will be responsible for assembling electrical kits and components, junction boxes, and wire harnesses to replenish stock. This role involves assisting panel assemblers in preparatory work on back pans and enclosures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Cut wire way, covers, and din rail to length using samples and work instructions.
Create wire, terminal, and component labels using computer software for various jobs.
Assemble small parts and complete traveler paperwork as required.
Pull and package parts and panels for shipments.
Ensure products meet customer quality requirements and report any issues.
Unload parts and components from incoming shipments, verifying quantities against packing slips.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications Required:
Attention to detail, with a clear focus and a strong desire to succeed.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-1 year of previous experience in picking/packing/shipment, or assembly/production.
