Lingo Staffing is Hiring Kitting Assemblers in Oklahoma City! Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMAlternate Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $15 per hour Position Overview:We are seeking motivated Kitting Assemblers to join our team in the Oklahoma City area. In this role, you will assemble electrical kits, junction boxes, wire harnesses, and more to replenish stock. You’ll assist panel assemblers with preparatory work and ensure all tasks comply with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Cut wireways, covers, and DIN rails according to work instructions and samples.
Create wire, terminal, and component labels using specialized software.
Assemble small parts and complete necessary paperwork (travelers).
Pull, package, and prepare parts and panels for shipment.
Ensure all products meet customer quality standards and report any issues.
Unload and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-1 year of experience in picking, packing, shipment, or assembly/production roles.
