Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Manual Kitting in Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Days: Monday – Friday Pay: $16+/hr (Based on Experience)
Short Description:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for a Manual Kitting position. This role involves packaging multiple items and quantities together as one unit manually. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and able to follow instructions while maintaining a steady pace in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
Requirements:
• Ability to count, identify, and package products accurately
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be willing to comply with a national background check Ability to Climb ladders all day, Use RF Scanner
Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs all day, everyday, up/down ladder
Physical Requirements:
This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stand, stoop, and lift as part of daily duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
