Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Housekeeping Associate (English/Spanish) to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized office and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be dependable, and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Wipe down desks, office furniture, and equipment
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and office areas
Sweep and clear debris from warehouse floors and aisles
Mop hard-surface floors in offices and restrooms
Dust surfaces throughout the facility
Clean and disinfect restrooms
Restock restroom supplies as needed
Clean and sanitize kitchen and breakroom areas
Refill hand sanitizer stations
Wipe down and sanitize shared equipment and high-touch surfaces
Clean behind furniture and under desks
Organize janitorial and supply storage areas
Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
Empty and clean trash receptacles
Maintain cleanliness in warehouse offices and common areas
Ensure emergency exits and fire extinguishers remain accessible and free of obstructions
Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Dependable with good attendance
Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, sweeping, and mopping
