Lingo Staffing is now hiring for a Temporary Invoice Data Entry Clerk in the Oklahoma City area for 5 weeks. The Ideal candidate will assist with invoice processing and data entry tasks. This role is critical in supporting the accounts payable and receivable functions. Pay: $16-19Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter invoice data into the accounting system.
Assist with the processing of invoices, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
Utilize 10-key data entry skills to efficiently input large volumes of data.
Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documents.
Assist in the preparation and processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) as needed.
Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
Perform general administrative tasks related to data entry and invoice management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the handling of financial data.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
General computer knowledge, including proficiency in data entry.
Strong 10-key data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Prior experience in AP/AR is a plus.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
