Lingo Staffing is hiring an inventory clerk in Roanoke, VA. Hours: 6am – 3:30pm Monday thru Thursday; Friday 6am – 10am Pay: $14 / hour The inventory clerk is responsible for packaging the individual board assemblies and accessing the appropriate shipping method to print the labels. They will also work with accounting to create invoices. Job Requirements:
Able to multi-task
Good communication skills
Able to count accurately and handle small to large parts
Detail oriented – read and follow paperwork, fill out paperwork completely and legibly
Willingness to learn, cross-train in other areas
Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
Some lifting involved as well as use of step stools and/or step ladders
Computer literate – excel, word, MRP system (we can train to the MRP system itself)
Preferred but not required:
Familiarity with MRP databases/inventory tracking system – basic concepts
Manufacturing experience helpful but not necessary
Some lifting required (10-30 lbs.)
We are looking for someone who has held the job title: Shipping, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, Warehouse
