Bilingual Recruiter (English / Spanish)
Location: Pittsburgh PA
Base Salary: $50,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Industry: Light Industrial Staffing

Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our Pittsburgh team and support high-volume staffing needs across warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, local government, and administrative positions. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys candidate interaction, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering strong results.

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to candidate presentation and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and administrative roles

  • Conduct high-volume recruiting via phone, text, email, job boards, and referrals

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing client needs

Candidate Management

  • Interview candidates in English and Spanish

  • Prepare and present candidate resumes and profiles to clients

  • Guide candidates through hiring, onboarding, and assignment expectations

  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in Bullhorn CRM

Client Interaction

  • Communicate with clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and timelines

  • Present candidates professionally and align talent with client needs

  • Support client relationships through responsiveness and follow-up

Administrative & Office Support

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to candidate inquiries

  • Track recruiting activity, interviews, and placements

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data within CRM and internal systems

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or light industrial environments

  • Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or administrative roles

  • Proficiency with Bullhorn CRM or similar ATS/CRM systems

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with job boards and applicant tracking systems

  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Staffing agency experience

  • Experience supporting local government or contract-based staffing

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
