  B2B Sales Representative – Staffing (Hunter Role)
Lingo Staffing | Richmond VA
Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday
Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Uncapped Commission

This Is a New Business Sales Role. Period.
Lingo Staffing is hiring a true hunter to grow new business in the Richmond market. This role is for someone who knows how to open doors, create urgency, and win accounts — not someone waiting on inbound leads or existing relationships to fall into their lap.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
New Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Prospect, cold call, and develop new client relationships across manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and logistics environments.

  • Identify decision-makers, uncover workforce pain points, and position Lingo as the solution.

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.

Closing & Account Launch

  • Lead sales conversations from first contact through contract execution.

  • Negotiate terms and close new business.

  • Partner with recruiting to launch accounts quickly and effectively.

  • Own the client relationship post-close to ensure successful delivery and expansion.

Territory Ownership

  • Treat your territory like a business you own.

  • Track activity, pipeline, and results in CRM (Bullhorn preferred).

  • Hit activity and revenue targets consistently.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of competitors in the Pittsburgh staffing market.

  • Understand labor trends and client challenges.

  • Adjust sales approach based on real-time market feedback.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently opening new accounts

  • Closing deals and generating revenue

  • Building a book of business you can grow year over year

  • Being known internally as someone who produces, not just talks

What We Expect From You

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing sales strongly preferred)

  • Proven ability to hunt, prospect, and close

  • Comfort with cold outreach and rejection

  • Strong negotiation skills and executive presence

  • High accountability — you own your results

  • Self-starter mentality — you don’t need to be chased

  • On-site commitment in Pittsburgh
