**Position:** Inside Sales Representative **Location:** Buford, GA **Type:** Full-Time **Pay Range:** $17 - $22 per hour (based on experience) **Benefits:** Health insurance,, professional development **Shift:**Monday through Friday (8a-5p)
**Key Responsibilities:** - Connect with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, adeptly communicating their features and benefits to customers. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. - Identify fresh sales opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients across various industries. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and surpass monthly sales targets. - Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer preferences using our CRM system. - Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions in the market.
**Qualifications:** - Proven experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or customer service. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion talents. - Proficiency in building rapport and cultivating enduring client relationships. - Comfortable utilizing CRM software and sales tools. - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. - Impeccable organizational abilities and attention to detail.
