Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Dedicated maintenance day – equipment not in production)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support plant production equipment on 2nd shift. This role is focused on machine maintenance and repair—not facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment and will bring a strong blend of mechanical and electrical skills.
Friday shifts are dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance while machines are offline, providing an excellent opportunity for thorough troubleshooting and equipment improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial production equipment to minimize downtime
Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including three-phase 480V equipment
Perform basic PLC troubleshooting (no programming required), including:
Downloading programs
Adjusting parameters
Identifying I/O and fault conditions
Utilize a CMMS to document work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance and reliability-focused repairs
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and safety
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and electrical safety standards
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing or plant environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with:
Pneumatics and hydraulics
Three-phase 480V electrical systems
PLC troubleshooting (ability to connect, download, and modify parameters)
CMMS systems for maintenance tracking
Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
Willingness to work 2nd shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick) – a plus but not required
Experience in high-speed manufacturing or automated equipment environments
