About the RoleAs a Senior Territory Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a defined territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers in industrial environments. You will focus on consultative, solution-based selling—leveraging your experience and knowledge of safety systems, manufacturing, and facility management.This is a home-based position requiring 35–45% travel. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and supporting internal teams throughout the sales cycle.Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with decision-makers in safety, engineering, maintenance, and operations roles
Conduct on-site visits to evaluate facility needs and recommend tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery to closing
Measure industrial environments and prepare accurate, well-documented proposals
Represent the company at local and national trade shows
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes from quote to installation
Support your peers as a mentor and brand ambassador internally and externally
Qualifications
4–5+ years of solution-based sales experience (industrial sales strongly preferred)
Knowledge of safety products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environments is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills
High level of personal accountability, ethical conduct, and professionalism
Comfortable working independently in a remote sales role with travel
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
