Job Description
A well established manufacturing plant located in the East End of Richmond is seeking a permanent full time Industrial Maintenance Technician. As the Maintenance Technician your primary responsibility will be for controls/ PLC's. You will perform the full spectrum of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic maintenance tasks necessary to repair, maintain, upgrade and optimize the machinery. Essential Duties
Assist the maintenance manager with overall maintenance such as, corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance programs. This will include parts procurement and storeroom functions.
Perform maintenance on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) machines, CNC routers a nd other machinery as needed.
Perform basic maintenance on plumbing, electrical and minor HVAC repairs.
Inspect, trouble shoot, diagnose and repair machines.
Perform maintenance on fleet trucks, forklifts and yard machinery.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 4pm - 1am with flexibility. Saturday overtime may be required as needed.
Hourly salary based on experience + $3 night shift differential + $300 Biweekly attendance bonus!
