Job Description
Lingo Staffing is seeking a skilled Industrial Furnace Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment for a heat-treating facility. This role will also handle the installation of machines, tools, and equipment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Pay Rate: $20-$25 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday 7a-4p
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and troubleshoot problems with equipment or building fixtures.
Read work orders to understand the equipment and issues described.
Determine appropriate repair actions and implement solutions.
Investigate root causes of problems to prevent recurrence.
Proactively seek out assignments and work with minimal supervision.
Requisition necessary tools, equipment, and supplies for maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, or related field.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
