EXPERIENCED CARPENTERS NEEDED!Job Title: Handrail InstallerLocation: Charlotte NCPosition Type: Full-time Our client is a leading provider of high-end custom handrail systems, dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join their team as Handrail Installers. Job Description: As a Handrail Installer, you will be responsible for the meticulous installation of custom handrail systems using a variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass, and cable. You will work closely with the installation team to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, in compliance with local building codes, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Install custom handrail systems according to company standards and local building codes
Inspect and manage deliveries of stair parts to job sites
Communicate effectively with the installation manager regarding job progress and schedules
Maintain cleanliness and safety of job sites during installations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in trim carpentry (Handrail exp helpful but not required)
Background in woodworking and construction
Solid math skills with a clear understanding of basic geometry
Clean motor vehicle record and ability to travel (>75%)
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in varied weather and job site conditions
Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
