Job Description

Job Title: RecruiterReports to: HR Generalist
Time:8am to 5pmJob Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role works closely with the HR Generalist to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant flow
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate background checks, references, and pre-employment steps
  • Support onboarding efforts in collaboration with the HR Generalist
  • Provide weekly updates to the HR Generalist on recruitment activity
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
