Human Resource Manager 
75-80KGreat benefits, bonus and 401k

HR Manager will consider 5+ years HR Generalist Work directly with CEO, VP, VP of Operations and the leadership team, ** Drive company morale and culture.  1. Compliance and Risk Management  
  • Relevant law and best practicing of HR and safety, environmental health, benefits, and security 
  • Workforce planning and employment HR Development, Utilizes core HR specific technologies.
2. Business Acumen to HR expertise
  • Organize HR Needs  
  • Be proactive in hiring. 
  • HR issues involving legal and financial risk. 
3. Workforce Planning/staffing and compensation 
  • Assist in annual review, preparation, and administration of production work force/ hourly wage program!
  • Evaluate and improve processes with employee life cycle to improve retention.
  • Update job descriptions. 
  • Work with the leadership team to create succession plan with appropriate training metrics for employee development and internal growth.
4. Payroll and health and benefits administration HRIS 
  • Administration of payroll for all production hourly and temporary workers Paylocity payroll is a plus.
  • Time keeping for hires and terminations according to company policy and regulations. 
  • Maintain compliance with COBRA, FMLA, work accommodations for all employees, benefits eligibility.        
  • Assist with 401k. 
  • Assist with LTD and STD enrollment and notifications. 
5. Relationship Management/ safety training and coaching 
  1. Coach and support supervisor and managers on FMLA, work accommodations and employee communication. 
  2. Create, organize and or conduct supervisor meetings on safety, correct application of companywide policy, harassment, ethics, teamwork, and other matters as they arise.

 6. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources 
  2. 5-7 years work experience in HR prefer manufacturing related industry.
