Lingo Staffing is seeking a ground handler/inventory coordinator for a pharmaceutical company in Atlanta, GA- this is a temp to perm placement in Atlanta, Ga Monday-Friday 8A-5:30PM $18.50 starting hourly pay. Must be able to operate a sit down forklift- cycle count and have computer skills- self starter and great team player! Demands on position: Professional capabilities ï‚· Strong, highly driven, and motivated team member ï‚· Good communication skills (English, both spoken and written, as well as presentation skills ï‚· Cultural sensitivity and awareness in all communications ï‚· Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet based tools ï‚· Independent but thorough and timely execution of matters ï‚· Detail-oriented and able to ensure compliance with all regulatory demands ï‚· Ability to lift 75lbs Relevant work experience and education ï‚· Minimum two years of pertinent experience ï‚· Relevant college or technical school certificate (preferred) Position Overview:The Ground Handling and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the handling, coordination, and logistics of containers at a warehouse facility. This role ensures seamless ground operations, timely maintenance cycles, and accurate inventory control to support uninterrupted delivery of pharmaceutical shipments.
Responsibilities Main tasks are to support station activities by the following: ï‚· Monitoring and respond to emails in a timely manner for outbound orders, returns and all movements. ï‚· Wash and prep containers for Customer pickup and receive returned containers. ï‚· Safely operating equipment (forklift and high-pressure washer) ï‚· Deliver outstanding customer service as main point of contact for various logistic drivers. ï‚· Correctly enter data to GHI for containers ï‚· Inventory and receiving functions for incoming shipments of parts ï‚· Perform regular accurate inventory counts and report any deviations ï‚· Input inventory transactions for transfers and usage daily, monthly, and annually into ECM and NAVISION ï‚· Tasks assigned by your management We expect all our employees to achieve results through great integrity, technical/ practical training and practice - with our core values in mind.
