Job Description: As a Ground Operator, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our grounds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to landscaping, groundskeeping, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities: - Perform landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and watering - Maintain outdoor areas, including parking lots, walkways, and green spaces - Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting and repairs - Operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications: - Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions - Dependable and punctual
