Grinder Shop Lead (Centerless Grinding Expert)excellent opportunity and benefits 
Great hours beat the  PA traffic 
 6am -2pm 
29-34+ based on experience 
  • Extensive experience and expert knowledge in centerless grinding techniques, operations, and troubleshooting.
  • Leadership: Serve as the Grinder Shop Lead, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality output in grinding processes.
  • Cross-Training: Play a key role in cross-training other employees, sharing knowledge and skills to ensure a well-rounded and capable team.
  • Problem-Solving: Lead in resolving technical challenges related to centerless grinding, ensuring equipment efficiency and product precision.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively to implement process improvements and maintain safety and quality standards in the grinding shop.
