Executive AssistantLocation: Petersburg, VAType: Direct HireSalary Range: $70k-$95k Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Lingo Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant on behalf of our client in Petersburg, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting high-level executives and contributing to the success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing checks and maintaining financial records.
Accurately transcribe dictations and draft documents with excellent attention to detail.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Maintain organized records and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Proactively identify opportunities to assist and stay engaged during downtime.
Qualifications:
Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 65-75 WPM.
Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability.
