Our client is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership for a nationally recognized leader in the luxury real estate sector. Our client operates in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where precision, responsiveness, and disciplined execution are essential.
The Opportunity
This position serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, focused on protecting executive time, managing competing priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution. The scope is intentionally defined around high-level executive support and effectiveness — not general administrative coverage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary Executive Assistant to the CEO and EVP
  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars with strong priority alignment
  • Prepare high-quality agendas, briefing materials, and correspondence
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper by screening and prioritizing matters appropriately
  • Track leadership decisions and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Coordinate detailed travel planning and logistics
  • Support select, clearly defined leadership-driven projects

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional calendar and priority management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Warm, collaborative, and service-minded with strong judgment

This role reports directly to the CEO and EVP and partners closely with senior leadership while remaining dedicated to executive support.
