Well established local company that has earned the designation of “One of the Best Places to Work” is seeking experienced Service Intake Representative to work onsite. You will handle incoming customer service orders and inquiries regarding home services like plumbing, electrical and HVAC. You will resolve issues, schedule appointments, process payments and ensure customer satisfaction, all while adhering to the company’s customer service standards. Essentially you will act as the primary point of contact for customers.Requirements
High school diploma or the equivalent
Must have a minimum of 2 consecutive years as service intake/customer service representative or as dispatch for a service company. (Previous experience working for a service company is a plus!)
Must have the ability to effectively communicate vis all forms of communication.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week which may include a rotating Saturday.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay rate: $17 - $18.50/hr + commission (Depending on experience.)
