Lingo is working with a client that is a dynamic and fast-paced organization at the forefront of their industry searching for a sales/marketing analyst to join the team.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in partnering with both the sales and marketing teams, as well as various other departments, to analyze business data and provide valuable insights. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Growth, you will be responsible for interpreting data, developing insightful reports, and ensuring a consistent message across channels. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter, excel guru, and has a knack for project management. A passion for data is required!
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to analyze business data and provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.Work independently to dissect and rebuild existing dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.Communicate effectively with various teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.Drive the development of new reporting mechanisms and data visualization techniques to streamline processes.Act as a vocal advocate for data integrity and reliability, ensuring consistency across all reporting channels.
Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Excel Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI (knowledge of Power BI is a plus).Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders.Experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.
