Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Print Finisher / Folder Gluer Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various folder gluing equipment to produce high-quality products, including custom folding cartons, chipboard boxes, and slip sheets. Responsibilities:
Set up and operate folder gluing equipment to produce folding cartons, chipboard boxes, and slip sheets.
Ensure accurate measurements and cuts for each product.
Monitor product quality and minimize waste and rework.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience operating folder gluing equipment.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
